    We are members of DVC & are staying at Copper Creek Canyon in a deluxe studio .Do they have ground level rooms at CCC ? If we prefer not to have one who/how do we request that ?

    Hey there, Melanie! I may love Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge more than I love Dole Whips. My family and I enjoyed the best Christmas vacation ever staying in one of the cabins this past December, and it was incredible.

    There are deluxe studios on the ground floor at the resort. If you want to make a request, you can call DVC Member Services at 800-800-9800. They can make a note of your request on your reservation, however, they cannot guarantee the requests. I know from experience, however, that they do try to accommodate requests whenever they can.

    If you get a chance to enjoy Geyser Point Bar & Grill while you're there, absolutely do! It's a great place to enjoy a cold drink mid-day or an evening cocktail and bite to eat. We really enjoyed relaxing at this new location.
