    A member of my party may not be able to make the trip due to border restrictions. Can I get their ticket refunded or a credit? I paid for it. It's a two day pass, one day for each park.

    I am sorry to hear that recent travel restrictions have impacted your plans to spend time with loved ones at the Happiest Place on Earth. Hopefully, the border restrictions will not last too long so you can reconnect with the people you care about. 

    Although Disneyland Resort tickets are non-refundable, you will have the ability to apply the multi-day pass toward purchasing another ticket to the Disneyland Resort in the future. When you are ready to use your current tickets to make a new ticket reservation, you may contact a Cast Member via phone for assistance. 

    I hope you and the rest of your party have a lovely time visiting the Disneyland Resort. And while you are here, I highly recommend your party try one of the new dining options in Avengers Campus, such as the Pym Test Kitchen.
