Melissa, we are going back to DL in February 12( 2nd time in two years) last time we missed the haunted mansion because of takedown of christmas overlay. Will that happen again? Also we missed the Indiana Jones ride hopefully that is open as well. Wayne

Hiya, Wayne! So glad to see that you've also got a visit to The Happiest Place on Earth in your travel plans for next year. It's the first Disney park I ever visited and holds a special place in my heart. So I love helping Guests plan their visits there!

While I wish I could call on Madame Leota's foresight, I'll have to rely on data from previous years to answer your question. Haunted Mansion Holiday generally closes to transform back to the Haunted Mansion sometime in mid-January, with the transformation generally taking between 10 days and two weeks. Hopefully, this means that the 999 Happy Haunts will be ready to greet you during your visit in February. While the timing of this closure changes, the amount of time it takes is fairly consistent, so I'm hoping for some ghoulish good luck that you'll be able to experience it!

Wayne, you have chosen wisely - Indiana Jones Adventure is one of the most exciting attractions at Disneyland Park! The ride recently underwent a refurbishment a few months ago and I have not heard of any other upcoming ones. However, this is always subject to change. Your best bet is to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog, Disneyland Resort Website, and the Disneyland Resort Hours & Events Calendar before your visit, as they will be the first places to note upcoming closures or renovations. The Hours & Events Calendar usually releases schedules about six weeks out, so we should know soon whether it will be up and running for your trip.

Another tip: Be sure to download the Disneyland Mobile App before your visit. This is a separate app from the My Disney Experience Mobile App for Walt Disney World, and there are some minor differences. So familiarizing yourself beforehand can be a lot of help! You can use the app to mobile order food, purchase/book Lighting Lanes, and add photos taken by the Disney PhotoPass photographers. I also use it to check attraction wait times, join Walk-Up Lists at popular spots (like Oga's Cantina), and find the entertainment schedule throughout my visit.

I hope this information helps. Please hurry back with any other questions you may have!
