Welcome to
planDisney Janice! Thanks for stopping by with your question. I will be happy to help guide you in the right direction.
Planning for any size group is a task not for the faint of heart. It takes a certain level of planning to be able to reel all the information for all of the people in your party. If you are planning for a group of 10 or more you can
call for assistance by phone. There is a special number listed for Group Reservations on the link above.
Whether you are planning for 2 or 52 there are some places I can recommend for lots of fun inside the parks. My first recommendation is a meal the whole company will love. The
Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue is an absolute hoot. This dinner and a show style meal is at Pioneer Hall located at the
Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground. The Pioneer Hall Players guide you on a story full of music, dancing, and comedic stunts. The crowd is always involved and while all this is happening you are being served all-you-care-to-enjoy fried chicken, BBQ pork ribs, salad, beans, cornbread, macaroni and cheese, coleslaw, and strawberry shortcake for dessert.
Large groups usually need a space to gather and one of the spaces that impressed me was at the
BoardWalk Inn. The space was large and the accommodations are always breezy at the BoardWalk. This resort has a waterfront feel and the style borrows details from a bygone era. Check out the
Disney Meetings and Events page for more great information.
I hope this information leads you to the contacts you need to set up a magical event for your company and its employees. It will certainly be one you will never forget with Mickey and his pals.
Have a magical day,
Jeremy A.
