We are meeting another family and staying at the Polynesian Villas & Bungalows. Our vacation packages are linked together on our accounts, but how should we go about requesting our rooms to be somewhat close to each other?

    Aloha!

It's lovely to see you with us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You are going to have a truly unforgettable Disney Parks vacation with your upcoming stay at Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows! You must be counting down the minutes until your magical departure.

First, I suggest that you complete Online Check-In 60-days before your arrival and that you place similar requests for location. Then, when your countdown clock shows 5-days left, both families should send a fax to the Resort requesting neighboring Villas. In fact, TouringPlans.com now has a very convenient feature that allows members to select their preferences, and a fax is automatically generated and sent to your Resort hotel. While I have yet to use this service, friends of mine have with success. Please note that while Cast Members strive to please all Members and Guests, requests are not guaranteed.

If you are searching for a fun and unique experience for your group while at Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, stop by Seven Seas Marina for a private boat rental! They have several options and can have you out exploring Seven Seas Lagoon and Bay Lake in no time. This was a highlight of a recent vacation for our family. Also, Disney Vacation Club Members are eligible for a 15-percent discount on marina rentals, so be sure to bring your Member ID.

I hope this helps, Ronald. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

    Wishing you many magical memories,

    Sally
