I'm excited to hear you're planning a visit to the
Walt Disney World Resort this holiday season! There is nothing quite like visiting during this time of year, with festive decor and seasonal offerings happening across the parks and resorts.
One of my favorite events is making a return this year!
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is slated to begin on select dates from the beginning of November until just before the Christmas holiday. With your arrival set for December 18th, you'll have the opportunity to attend this party on three nights during your trip. I mention this because this is the only place where
Jack Skellington and Sally meet this time of year. In fact, Jack is even dressed in his Santa suit for the meet and greet.
In order to attend this party and meet these special characters, you'll need to
purchase special event tickets for this event. Tickets are on sale now for Guests who are staying in Disney Resort hotels or other select hotels. Otherwise, Guests can begin purchasing them on July 22nd. In addition to Jack and Sally, you'll find Mickey and Minnie dressed in their holiday outfits and Anna and Elsa in their Christmas attire.
Outside of the character meet and greets, there are plenty of other experiences to look forward to at the Christmas Party.
Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade is a highlight for me, and the yuletide stage is as magical as it gets!
