What does mean if you have a deluxe dining plan:"At Family Style or Buffet locations Guest will only receive one meal, this will not be all-you-care-to-eat. Guests will be charged the regular buffet or all-you-care-to-eat price."?

Hi, Danielle!  I cannot find that wording on the Walt Disney World website, and the cast member I spoke with on the telephone was unable to locate it either, however, my fellow Moms Panel Mom Beth E. answered a question similar to this one a little while ago, and from my research, I think she was right on the mark with her answer.

If you are dining at a buffet or family style location, but you have requested a specific meal - such as a kosher meal - you cannot have the specially prepared meal AND enjoy the buffet.  For example, if you have asked for a specifically prepared kosher meal, you will not be able to be served the kosher meal and then go up and enjoy the buffet or enjoy the family style meal as well.

You will be charged the same number of dining credits as everyone else for that particular restaurant, regardless of which meal you choose.  Also, the specialty meal is not an all you care to eat option.

I hope this helps to clarify the confusion.  If you are not ordering a specially prepared meal, you may still enjoy as many trips to the buffet as you care to make!
