    On my MDE app, it has my whole family listed in all our reservations, except for in the "tickets and passes" section, my son is missing. He is 3, and I have already customized his magic band. Any idea why he's not showing up?

    Thanks for reaching out to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    When you make a vacation package reservation at Walt Disney World Resort, each person in your party receives a MagicBand based on a room reservation, not ticket purchases. I wonder if it's possible your son wasn't included in your park ticket purchases if he was under three-years-old at the time of your purchase. (Children under three get into the parks for free.)

    I would strongly recommend calling the Existing Tickets phone line and talk to a Cast Member about your park reservations. It would also be worth looking at old vacation confirmations in your email to see if there is a ticket reservation specifically assigned to your son.
