I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with your My Disney Experience App. It may be time to
reach out to a Cast Member by calling (407) 939-4357. This number will take you right to Cast Members who handle issues with My Disney Experience. I highly suggest calling them as early as you can. The Resort will begin accepting calls from guests at 7 a.m.
In the meantime, you can always log on to your
My Disney Experience account using an internet browser on your phone or on your home computer. You will still be able to make your
Disney Park Pass Reservations, dining reservations or any other changes you need to make to your upcoming trip.
Brittnie, don’t forget to browse the
Special Offers before your visit. You may be able to add new promotional Florida Resident rates to your existing Disney Resort Collection hotel reservation!
