It sounds like that mischievous Stitch may be having a little fun with your
My Disney Experience account. Let's put on a little Elvis and check you out of the Heartbreak Hotel! First, I would make certain you are using the same account name and password that you are using on your
My Disney Experience App on your device. If your login credentials match, I would suggest clearing your browser history and cache on your desktop and try to log in again.
If you find experiment 626 is still wreaking havoc, use your resort reservation number and add it in My Disney Experience on your desktop. To do this, when logged into your account, navigate to the
My Plans page, and click on the dropdown labeled "Add More Plans" found in the Reservations and Tickets section. Select "Link Reservations and Purchases" and enter your resort reservation on the following page.
'Ohana means family, and family means no one gets left behind, or forgotten! Once you add your resort reservation, if your friends and family linked to that reservation are still missing from your list, I would recommend you call (407)-939-4357 for additional assistance with My Disney Experience.
