Hi M/D! Staying at the BC the last week of August with husband, D13, D11, and S6. What would be the best way to travel from MK to BC using Disney trans? Would you go throught TTC and Epcot or use direct bus service? Thanks, check panel every day!!

I have stayed at the Beach Club many times. I have always found that taking the direct bus from the Magic Kingdom back to the Beach Club to be very efficient. My feeling is that whenever you can get somewhere directly without making a transfer, then that's the way to go. Every time you add a transportation transfer, you'd adding a possibility for a delay.

The plan of taking the monorail to the front of Epcot as a means of getting to the Beach Club is a MUCH slower option. While the monorail is speedy, to do this you would need to actually enter Epcot. This means that you would need to go through security again (a big potential slow-down) and you would need to use a park admission ticket. (I assume though that you have a park-hopper since you are proposing this.) Then you would need to walk all the way from the front gate of Epcot back to the International Gateway and out the other end. Then you would still need to walk to the Beach Club. At a minimum you would be adding at least 20 minutes to your trip by doing this. On the other hand, the direct buses drop you right next to the Beach Club front entrance. That is definitely the way I'd go.
