Hello, maybe this is a silly question. I know that EPCOT is a huge park. Do we need to walk there all the time or they have some kind of transportation inside EPCOT? Thanks for your help!

    Hi Tais,

That is not a silly question at all! Epcot is a very large park and can be quite intimidating to think of all the foot power needed to get from one end to the other. While there is a boat landing that will take you from one side of the World Showcase to another, there are no other forms of transportation to use other then your feet. Of course there are wheelchairs and strollers for rent if someone in your party needs one of those.

Don't be alarmed though. The park is split into two areas (think a figure eight) one side being Future World and the other the World Showcase. Future World is home to a number of buildings offering a look into technology, the land, the sea, your imagination and even outer space. The buildings are relatively close to each other and you flow from one to another without much though on the distance.

The second half is the World Showcase. Here you will find countries fromĀ around the world. Each country features shops, restaurants and entertainment and are amazing to wander and enjoy. The countries are also located right next to each other and typically you are so interested in the sights and sounds thatĀ I often do not notice the distance I walk.

There are benches and air conditioned buildings throughout the entire park so you will find plenty of places to sit and rest. You are often strolling at a pretty slow pace in order to see everything so I think you will find you are a great deal less tired than you might expect. Just pace yourself and enjoy!
