Now this may be a weird ? A flash storm in the heat this afternoon, & my little cherubs pranced the yard in swimsuits having a ball, I wondered if all is "still go" at DW in buckets of rain? no lightning of course, does all remain open?

The fun still goes on at Disney World, even in the rain. Only a very few of the attractions at Disney World curtail operations in the rain, and only if necessary for safety reasons. The vast majority of the rides will have normal operations in any weather. If you have a "singing in the rain" attitude, then a rain storm can be a great time to be in the parks. Many other guests will scatter, making the lines significantly shorter.
