This may be a strange question but how sound proof are the rooms at any of the hotels? My 8yr old has night terrors when she is over stimulated and can scream in the middle of the night for sometimes 30 min. Im worried about this.

    Hi Kara,

I am sorry that your daughter has this experience.

As for your question, I am not sure about how soundproof the rooms are but I never recall hearing anything from my neighbors.  Of course, I am so exhausted from touring, barely hear my alarm in the morning.

However, if you are concerned, call Disney reservations about 10 days prior to check in. Ask for the Castmember who is in charge of room assignments or back office. These Castmembers will know which rooms are available. Explain your request to them.

I would ask for a room on the end so that you do not have rooms on both sides of you. Also, make sure you ask for a non-connecting room so that the connecting door is not a concern for noise.

I hope this helps and that the Fairy Godmother uses her magic to make your trip extra special!
