May we go upstairs and enter Cinderella Royal Table just to see the restaurant decor even though we do not plan to eat there?

Generally not. The dining room at Cinderella's Royal Table is accessed from a fairly narrow stairway or a smallish elevator, there is not much room for extra foot traffic. It couldn't hurt to ask at the hostess podium if they could take you up for a peek, but you should not be hopeful that this will happen.

    So sorry.
