Hello! I may be dining with my niece on one or two evenings during our trip to Disney. Can my family use their dining credits and just pay cash for our extra guest? Will that be confusing when the bill comes? Thank you!

Hey Linda!  You absolutely will be able to pay cash for your part of the bill.  What I would recommend is that you tell your server at the beginning of the meal and then he or she can best decide how to write up the ticket.
On several occasions we have had dinner with friends.  We were on the dining plan and they were not, and it was no problem at all for them to pay cash for their part.
I hope this helps and that you have a wonderful time with your niece at WDW.
