Who may I contact to request a review to lift a ban from Disney Property?

    Hi Sheila,

I am sorry that you or a loved one has been banned from Disney property. These bans exist for the safety and security of all visitors and as such are not taken lightly. Walt Disney World has clear Property Rules, Policies & Regulations to keep cast members and guests safe at all times. Since it is privately owned property, they also have the right to deny entry to anyone at their sole discretion.

Disney does not have a policy for removing bans as these are typically considered to be lifelong restrictions. You can submit an appeal once the ban has been in place for over a year. This will be a legal process and will likely require the services of a legal professional. I recommend contacting Guest Services or calling the Non-Reservation Questions phone number to see who they recommend you get in contact with to start this process. All of the Guest Services locations are extremely knowledgeable and helpful but keep in mind that these are all also located on Disney World property so the person wishing to have the ban lifted should not visit them directly to discuss the issue.

    Best Wishes
