Hiya, Cindy! Thanks for visiting us with your question.
You can absolutely have groceries delivered to you at
Walt Disney World. There are a few things you should know though, so unlike Bruno, let's talk about it.
Most of the grocery delivery services, like Instacart, Garden Grocer, Shipt, and Amazon Fresh, will deliver to your
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel. In most cases, you don't even need to be there when the groceries are delivered. Bell Services at your resort will hold your items - even keeping them refrigerated if needed - until you're back at your room from an exciting
theme park day.
The exception to this rule, Cindy, is if you are having items delivered that would require a photo ID. Alcohol, medications, or something else that might require an adult ID cannot be accepted by Bell Services. You will have to be present to accept those types of packages.
Bell Services can also deliver your order to your hotel room. There is a nominal charge to do so, but if you end up ordering a lot of stuff, and you don't happen to be traveling with Gaston or anyone else who is roughly the size of a barge, it may be worth it to pay the fee.
Don't forget, your resort will also have some grocery items in stock. You'll usually find the essentials, a selection of wine and beer, and some toiletry items.
Have a magical, memorable visit, Cindy.
Anna
