I understand your sister has made a booking at the
Tenaya Stone Spa. Excellent choice! So long as your sister is a registered Guest on the reservation, she can certainly charge her massage to the room. At the end of the service, she will meet with a Cast Member to check out and that is where she will ask to charge the service to the room.
It's helpful to know that an optional 20% gratuity is added to each spa treatment received. This amount can be modified or removed, based on the Guest's discretion. For more information, please scroll to the '

Tip: I recommend your sister arrive 30 minutes before her appointment to enjoy the spa amenities, such as the showers, etc. There are also light snacks and beverages to enjoy before and after treatments.
