Hi Margaret. Thnx for answering my other ?about Downtown Disney and the t-shirts. Do you catch the buses outside park (near parking lot)? Is there a cost? How much? Staying off-site in house so no shutle. I know we will get lost. HaHa. Help. Thankyou

    Hi Lindsey,

The Disney buses can be caught from any of the Disney resorts as well as the four main theme parks, two water parks and Downtown Disney. If you are looking to travel to Downtown Disney, your best option would be to start from one of the four main parks and choose the bus marked Downtown Disney.

Each bus stop location is clearly marked with a number, and the number corresponds to the main information board indicating where each bus stop number is headed. The bus locations are typically located at the front of any of the resorts and near the front entrance to any of the parks. The drop-off areas are very easy to find, just look for a large number of Disney buses coming and going. The Disney buses are free for guests to use to move around the Disney World property and typically operate from approximately one hour before a park opens and one hour after it closes. They generally run about every twenty minutes.

Once on property, if you have any questions, there are a number of information booths near the various stop locations and there is always a number of Disney Transporation Cast members around that can help. Your bus driver will also be happy to help with any concerns you have about being on the right bus.

Happy trails! Have a great time!
