Hi Marcy! Thanks for the cruise help. This may seem like a crazy question but how long does it take to walk from one end of the Fantasy to the other end? First cruise and I have no concept of the size of a cruise ship. Hope that makes sense. Thanks!

Welcome back, Linda! No question is a crazy question, so don't worry! We all love cruising with Disney, so feel free to ask away!

While I haven't actually timed the walk from one end of the Fantasy to the other, I'd say about five minutes would get you from forward to aft on one deck, depending on which deck it is. I do enjoy the walking and jogging track on Deck 4 on the Dream and Fantasy, and a leisurely stroll on the entire loop of Deck 4 takes about seven or eight minutes, I'd say. That's a fun thing to do when you don't have a specific activity planned, by the way. If you're a runner, lace up your jogging shoes and take a jog around the track, or just a nice walk to explore that deck.

The Fantasy is 1,115 feet long. That's hard to imagine. I was on the Disney Magic a couple months ago which is smaller than the Fantasy. There was a really neat poster onboard that showed a sketch of the Magic up on end, compared to the Eiffel Tower, and the two were about the same height. Now, keep in mind, the Fantasy is about 151 feet longer than the Magic, so imagine that!

Stop back with any other questions you might have, Linda!
