    Hi Marcy! We are going to be going on a Dream cruise in June, and I'm wondering if I can request the same waiter that we had on our New Year's cruise? -we really, really liked him and would love to have him again. Is it possible to do this? Thanks!

    I'm so happy to hear that you liked your dining server so much and you're hoping to have him again! Each time we've cruised we have called Disney Cruise Line, or have spoken with our travel agent ahead of time, to request specific servers. They are happy to hear that their service teams are making guests so happy! Though Disney will try their best, they cannot guarantee that you will get that service team, so if you know of a different team that was excellent as well, list their names as a second choice. We usually give a couple choices, and have always been thrilled to find that we have been assigned one of our favorite server's tables. It's nice to have that familiar face to catch up with again! Since it is still six months until you sail, if you put your request in now, you'll have a better chance.

    Keep in mind that servers are assigned their rotations in the dining rooms ahead of time, so you won't want to request a specific dining rotation as well, or you'll run the chance of getting that rotation but not your server. One request gives you better odds.
