Going Mar 4-7 w/4D basetix w/ 5A & one 6 yrold. Driving in Monday morning, which park should we do that Monday since we will arrive to the park around 1p.m.? Made ADR @ Akershus in Epcot thinking that would be best park to do 1/2 day but not so sure no

Hi, Kory!  If you are staying at a Walt Disney World resort, I would probably recommend that you consider visiting Disney's Hollywood Studios your first day.  My family can usually get through everything we want to see and do in a full day at Hollywood Studios, and on the day you arrive, resort guests can take advantage of evening extra magic hours.  That means that Hollywood Studios will be open until 10 PM that night, so that may be enough time for you to see and do all that you want to.

EPCOT is open until 9 PM that evening, so if you have a list of must see and must do things, you may be able to get it all done in the amount of time you have on your first day.  Dining reservations at Akershus can eat away as much as an hour of your day, but it will save some time because you won't have to stand in line to meet some of your favorite princesses.

For my family, we would probably opt to do Hollywood Studios.  We like to take our time and really enjoy EPCOT, and my kids enjoy the shows around the World Showcase.  I think, especially given the ages of your children, you may find that you will be able to see most of Hollywood Studios in one day.

    I hope that helps!
