Hi, Angela! There is not a map of the transportation routes that would be readily available to a guest, however, there are several ways that you can do this. My family loves to tour the resorts during the holiday season, so we usually begin with a bus from our resort to the Magic Kingdom. You can take a short 10 minute walk to the Contemporary Resort, or hop on the monorail over to the Contemporary from here. The monorail will then take you to the Grand Floridian and Polynesian resorts, so you can see all three in a pretty short period of time.
When you're finished the monorail resorts, take a bus from your last resort to Disney's Hollywood Studios. There is a boat launch there that will take you to the Boardwalk area and the Yacht and Beach Club resort. I would hop off at the Boardwalk stop, then walk around to the Yacht and Beach Clubs, visiting each resort along the way.
I'd probably then take a bus to Downtown Disney, and from there, hit some of the other resorts. You can get buses to any of the value or moderate resorts through Downtown Disney or any of the theme parks.
To see where the bus stops are, you can visit
Walt Disney World Bus Transportation, which may help with your planning. You can also do a Google search for Our Laughing Place Transportation Wizard. It gives you routes to get from one place to another at Walt Disney World.
I hope you have a wonderful upcoming vacation!
