How can I get a map of Magic Kingdom

    Tammy,

Thanks for asking your question to planDisney!

Disney does not mail out printed copies of their park maps. As you can imagine, that could be a lot of maps going all over the world! Even while the interactive resort map on the website is fantastic for getting a feel for where everything can be found across all of Walt Disney World, I still prefer something printed in hand. It sounds like you might too.

The printable versions of the actual in-park maps for the Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park can be found by clicking on the guide map link at the bottom of the respective web pages for each park. You will find that link directly below that interactive map, down at the very end of the principal web page of each park. Note that the "Map" icon at the top of the page just jumps you down lower on that same page and does not actually open a PDF of a park map. So just keep scrolling, and you will find the right link.

    BONUS TIP #1
I love to grab these digital versions of the printed park maps, because I know that they will be up to date. I used to save copies from past visits, so that I could break them out when helping friends plan trips. But as many know, Walt Disney World is always evolving and changing. So the maps I had in my desk drawer were never current. Now I know I am working from the latest and greatest!

    BONUS TIP #2
Printable maps are also available for Disney Springs, and the two water parks, Disney's Blizzard Beach and Disney's Typhoon Lagoon. Even a map for the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex is available.

    BONUS TIP #3

If you grab the PDFs and then print them out right away, the maps will be hard to read as the scale of the map is not ideal for a standard sheet of paper. I recommend downloading the file and doing some quick cropping to get the map to a larger format for easier reading. It may require you to print out the legend on a separate page, but it will make your use of the maps far easier.

Please feel free to write me back directly if you have any follow-up questions.

    Have a Magical Vacation!
