    How do you maneuver thru the memory maker cd?

    Hi Deborah!  Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    I have a Disney PhotoPass CD from many years ago, but I have not recently purchased a Memory Maker Archive Disc.  Since I usually just use my Memory Maker entitlement to download all my Disney PhotoPass photos, I reached out to my friend and alumni panelist Rachel, who did recently purchase the disc.

    Rachel popped the Memory Maker Archive Disc into her computer, and mentioned that accessing her photos worked in the same way as opening any folder or CD with photos.  She was able to see a list of the file names, and could click on a file name to view the photo.  To navigate to the next photo, she was able to hover her mouse to the right of the photo and click the arrow that appeared (or the arrow on the left to move to the previous photo.)  Rachel also mentioned that the bonus images of scenes and locations of Walt Disney World Resort were listed first, before her personal images.  She felt the disc was a good value, as she had over 1000 high-resolution images.

    Deborah, without knowing specifically at which step you are having difficulty, it is hard for me to offer assistance through the Moms Panel forum.  If you are still having trouble viewing your photos, I encourage you to give the helpful folks at Disney PhotoPass support a call at (407) 560-4300.  Or you can do what I sometimes do when I need tech help...ask a teenager!
