It gives me the impression that you are managing
plans for guests with their own separate room reservation. If you are managing their plans and were the one in charge of customizing their
MagicBands, you must have seen a box (during said Customization process) that asks whether you want a specific MagicBand shipped to a different address. If you checked that box and provided their address, then your family members should be receiving their MagicBands without a problem. MagicBands are sent to the lead guest's address that the reservation is under; regardless of who is managing that guest's plans through
My Disney Experience.
If some guests are sharing a room, then their MagicBands will all be sent in one box to the lead guest's shipping address, associated with their My Disney Experience account.
Kimberly, if you are unsure and would like to confirm that the MagicBands will be shipped to the right address, I recommend you call (407) 939 3471 as soon as you can.
