    I want to manage my wife's plans but can't. We're already linked via My Family & Friends List, even sharing photos already, but I've tried using the "Update" button and cannot arrive at step where I manage her plans.

    I would try logging on to your My Disney Experience account on your computer, instead of your app. Select "My Family & Friends List", on the right side of your wife’s name, choose "Update." Make sure you’ve selected the option to share “All My Plans” and that may solve the problem.

    When I’ve exhausted every possible way to fix a problem I’m having when I’m in the middle of planning, I just make a quick phone call. You can reach a friendly Cast Member assisting guests visiting from Mexico, by calling +1 (407) 827-7144 or you can email them. You can also try Disney’s Internet help desk at (407) 939-7765.
