How can I manage guests on my reservation? I added new guests because the ages of my kids were wrong but now I can tell which "guest" is correct in order to make a park reservation. Can you help?

Hiya, Holly! I'm so glad you found the trail of pixie dust that Tinker Bell left for you and followed it back here to planDisney!

It looks like you're headed to Walt Disney World Resort this spring and I couldn't be more excited for you! There's surely magic waiting for you around every corner with The World's Most Magical Celebration in full swing. You won't want to miss checking out the glowing Beacons of Magic in each of the parks, which light up the night in new and enchanting ways. You can even add a sweet moment to every day by enjoying one of the celebratory treats! Not only that, but the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival will be in full bloom by the time you visit. Try sampling the outdoor kitchens and checking out the character topiaries (Kermit is my favorite!).

But oh, bother! It sounds like the Guests listed in your Family & Friends List aren't quite right. I completely understand wanting to add new Guests with the correct ages, but now you aren't able to view which Guests are the correct ones. Never fear, Holly! We're here to help!

First, log into your account online. Hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab and click My Family & Friends. Scroll down until you can see the Guests listed in your travel party. On this page, you should be able to see the ages of your children listed under their names and quickly locate which ones are listed with the incorrect ages. To remove any incorrect Guests, click "Update" next to the name, then "Remove from This List."

However, if you're unable to view which Guests are the incorrect ones, or you're still seeing their names listed elsewhere on your reservation, my best piece of advice would be to reach out to one of the wonderful Cast Members. A little like real-life fairy godparents, they're often able to stretch their magic wands a bit farther for me and straighten out my reservations! If you do decide to call a Cast Member, I'd recommend calling right when phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST since their type of magic has recently been in high demand. And have a little extra patience! Cast Members work hard to make every Guest's day the BEST. DAY. EVER! I'm sure a friendly voice and some extra kindness will be warmly welcomed.

Also, make sure that you've made your Theme Park Reservations with the Disney Park Pass system! This is the best way to reserve the parks you wish to visit on each day of your trip. And take some time to download and explore the My Disney Experience app, which will allow you to view park maps, check wait times for attractions, and even mobile order food!

I'm sending you all the faith, trust, and pixie dust as you finalize your reservations, Holly! If you have any other questions, please visit us again. After all, you've got a friend in me!

    See ya real soon!
