    Hello! Mama Melrose's or Whispering Canyon for dinner (4 kids ages 2-8). Also, best way to get from POR to Whispering Canyon and then to Chip N Dale's campfire? Could you include timing for travel as well? Thanks for your help!

    I like both, but certainly Whispering Canyon Cafe will be more fun for the kids, and I think it has pretty good food too.

    As for your transportation questions, here is what I would recommend;

    • Port Orleans Riverside to Whispering Canyon: Bus to the Magic Kingdom (15-20 minutes), then boat to the Wilderness Lodge (10-15 minutes).
    • Wilderness Lodge to Chip and Dale's Campfire: Boat to Fort Wilderness (10-15 minutes), then take the Yellow internal Fort Wilderness bus to the Campfire (10-15 minutes).

    None of the times include waiting time, so plan accordingly.
