we r makinng first trip with my 3yr.old on 9/02/2012 for his 4th b-day on the 5th;we do want to stay inside of a disney resort but it seems there is all this extra for a fridge or microwave, any suggestions?? if any of resorts offer these without a fee

Hi Liz!  Your first trip to Walt Disney World will definitely be a memorable one. When staying at one of Disney's value resorts, a mini refrigerator can be requested for a fee of $10.00 per night.  If choosing to stay at the family suites located at Disney's All-Star Music Resort there is a microwave and mini refrigerator included in each suite.  Should you need to warm up food, there are microwaves located in the food courts at each resort. At Disney's moderate and deluxe resorts, the mini-refrigerator comes standard in all rooms.  There are microwaves located within each resort food court as well.  At Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, and Disney's Polynesian Resort, a microwave is available on request.
I hope that this help you plan a wonderful vacation!
