We are making a trip to DW Fall/Winter 2011. Would it make sense to buy a annual pass for 1 of the adults, to receive discounts on hotel/food and buy park hopper tix for the other adult and 2 kids? Do the 365 days start when purchased or when activated?

    Hi Linda!

Many times it does make sense to purchase an Annual Pass if you're planning on visiting for a week or longer. Annual passes also make great financial sense if you're planning two or more trips within a year.

To judge the value of purchasing an Annual Pass, you'll want to take into account which kind of Magic Your Way Ticket you had planned to purchase and the price of the Annual Pass. This is the amount of money you'll need to recoup before you realize any savings.

There are often Annual Pass discounts on hotels, food and merchandise, but some of these do vary by season and when you visit. Be sure to check out this link for the benefits of the Passholder Program.

The clock will start ticking on your annual pass once it is activated.

    Hope this helps!
