Making reservations for our trip and it says that Rain Forest Cafe accepts dining plan but when talking to Disney Rep on phone she says its not accepted. I'm confused??

Hi, April! I know this can be confusing.  There are five levels of the Disney Dining Plan.  Listed from least to most expensive, they are: Quick-Service Dining, Disney Dining, Deluxe Dining, Premium Dining, and Platinum Dining. The Rainforest Cafe at both Animal Kingdom and Downtown Disney are available on the Premium and Platinum Dining Plans only.  If you have one of the other Dining Plans, you will have to pay for you meal out-of-pocket.  You can still make a reservation, go, eat, shop, and have a good time, but you can't use your Dining Plan unless it is Premium or Platinum.  I hope this explains it for you.  Have a magical vacation!
