Welcome to planDisney, Miranda!
Miranda, what better way to end your summer than with a visit with Mickey Mouse and pals at Walt Disney World Resort?
If you have been planning for a while now, I am sure that you have noticed a few things have been changing, like park operating hours. These times are always subject to change, and can even do so right up until you are headed to the airport!
What I recommend you do is to go ahead and book your
vacation package, and make your
Disney Park Pass system reservations. This way you are guaranteed a place to sleep, and a place to play during your trip.
If operating hours do change, or if you need to rearrange your plans for whatever reason, you can absolutely do so! If you change your hotel reservation dates, you will want to be sure that you do so at least 30-days in advance in order to avoid any sort of cancellation fee.
If you are wanting to change your itinerary, but still keep your hotel reservation, you can update your Disney Park Pass system reservations through your
My Disney Experience Account, no fee required!
Miranda, I do want to let you know that you will have to cancel your existing Disney Park Pass system reservation before you can update it to the new dates, so be sure to check the availability on the hand-dandy
availability calendar before you cancel.
I hope that this answered your question, Miranda! Please come back here if we can help you figure out where to play, stay, or dine at Walt Disney World Resort!
See you real soon!
