While making reservations for me and my family I was to give them a number given to me on our first Disney Cruise. I have no idea what the number is or where to find it. Can you advise me on where to look for the number they are requesting? Thank you!

Hi Laurie, welcome aboard! I'm happy to hear that you are getting ready to book your second Disney cruise!

After you have sailed with Disney at least one time, you become a member of the Castaway Club. The number they are referring to is your Castaway Club ID number. Think of it like an airline frequent flier number.

If you don't have this number handy, just give Disney Cruise Line a call at 1-800-951-3532. They will be able to look up your previous reservation from your first cruise if you give them the sail dates of that trip and the names of your family members. They should be able to access your Castaway Club numbers then. Be sure to write them down and keep them in a good spot so you will have them when making your future Disney Cruise Line reservations. Disney loves for guests to sail with them again, and you might just find a Castaway Club surprise waiting in your stateroom when you walk in for your second cruise, Laurie!

Have fun as you plan your next Disney Cruise Line adventure, and please let me know if you have any other questions!
