Making my husband a "How to survive Disney" gift basket for Valentines Day for our upcoming 1st trip to Disney. So far I have a Disney gift card, reusable water bottles and gum... Any other ideas? Thank you! This panel is the best!

    Hi Laurie,

Congratulations on your first trip, Laurie!  I absolutely LOVE the idea of a Walt Disney World survival basket - I might just "borrow" this idea before my family's next trip.

I think you have a great start on your basket items already.  Some other things that came to mind are a Walt Disney World guide book, inexpensive ponchos, Band-Aids, an external phone charger, glow sticks, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, Chapstick, some of his favorite snacks and a Disney-themed picture frame for displaying your favorite vacation photo after your trip.  Also, since you'll be surprising him for Valentine's Day, you could also include a few "Sweets for my Sweetie" coupons that he can redeem for sweet treats during your trip.

I hope that helps, Laurie, and wishing you a most magical first vacation!  Please let us know if we can help with anything else as you make your plans.
