We are making our first trip to WDW in July 2008. We are traveling with our 1 year daughter. Is there a day of the week that is "less busy" for the character dining. We arrive on Sunday and leave the next Saturday. Thank you!!

    Hello fellow Kentuckian!

I have not found any particular day of the week less busy.  I do feel there are less busy times of the day, though.  For example, breakfast at 8 am is usually much more crowded than breakfast at say 10:45.  For dinner, the very early or very late reservations are also typically less crowded.

This does not apply only to character dining - all restaurants will be less populated if you plan your meals at off-peak hours.  I know from experience that with a 1-year-old that's not always possible at dinner, but it can definitely help you with breakfast and lunch.

I hope your first trip is covered with pixie dust!
