Hi! We will be making our first trip to Disney World in July 2013. I was wondering, what is the safest way to carry our Key to the World cards? Should I purchase clear card holders to hook on our lanyards? Thanks in advance!

    Hi Marlee,

This is really a personal decision. Most folks just keep their Key to the World card with the other cards in their pocket, purse, or wallet. You can bring a bag with you on every ride at WDW. You should always keep any valuables such as cameras, cash, ID with you. Personally, I wear a small cross-body purse when I go to WDW and just keep my cards in an inside pocket of the bag.

That being said, some guests to find it more convenient to keep their park ticket or Key to the World card around their neck. This is often a good solution for teens who may be enjoying the park on their own a bit and not used to carrying a purse. There are lanyards with clear card holders sold in most of the WDW gift shops. These are also sold at many office supply stores such as Staples, often for a bit less money than the Disney version.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if you have additional questions.
