When making dinner reservations, do I need to count my infant? For example, do I book the table for 2 or 3. It will be myself, my husband, and our 6 month old.

Hi, Jenny! Congratulations on your upcoming trip! We get this question quite often here at the Moms Panel because it can be confusing when it's a baby you're wondering whether or not to include in the reservation total. Yes, even though your six month old will not be eating a meal, he/she has to be included in the count for your travel party.  This number is used to figure the seating capacity to stay in compliance with fire marshal's laws.  All restaurants must comply, and in the unlikely event of an emergency, everyone counts. Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
