    When making ADR, I live in California, what time of day do they open to make reservations? If you are saying 6:30 am is that Florida time?

    Hi Allie,

    The online system for dining reservations turns over to the next day's availability at about 6:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (Florida time). The phone system for dining reservations (407-WDW-DINE) opens at 7:00 a.m. EST.

    This means that for someone like you on the West coast, you'll have to get up veeeery early (or go to bed very late) to have the first shot at reservations.
