Hi, What are the main differences between Copper Creek and Boulder Ridge Villas at Wilderness lodge. What are the plus and minuses to each one? It would be 3 adults and are looking at a 2 bdrm for the extra bath. Which has the best views? Thank you.

    Welcome Home Melissa!

Hot dog, have you presented a dilemma! Both Disney Vacation Club Resorts are fantastic, with shared amenities and perfect location, so you honestly can't go wrong with either. Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge is my second Disney "home," so I might be slightly biased...But! I've stayed at both Resorts, and they are equally fantastic!

Let's start with differences first. The main difference is in the theme. Think "hip" Pacific Northwest for Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, while her sister Villas are more "rustic elegance." I love the decor at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge so much that I implemented similar design styles in my home! The two-bedroom Villas here are slightly larger than Boulder Ridge Villas, but it's by a matter of feet, so probably won't be noticeable.

Boulder Ridge Villas are in a separate building, so a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the Main Lodge. They are also closer to the bus stop so you might find that convenient. The view from both is generally the same (unless you are staying at the Cabins!) - think trees and foliage, sometimes with a view of the pool thrown in. The Resort is designed to transport you to the mountains, and it does a fantastic job of framing your sightline with "wilderness." Regardless of which one you choose, for the best views, I would request an upper floor.

Both Resorts access the same amenities, including the re-imagined Boulder Ridge Cove Pool (zero-depth entry!), and the Salon by the Springs, where you can indulge in poolside manis, pedis, and hair services. As a Disney Vacation Club Member, you have access to Reunion Station, where you can sample wines during the Tasting Series, or learn how to create a sweet masterpiece! One of our favorite spots is Geyser Point Bar & Grill. The bison burger is divine, the view of Bay Lake is magnificent, and there's always a game on tv!

Melissa, you have a tough choice! But regardless, I know you will have a magical stay!
