Hi, Mauro! Séja
bem vindo ao Disney Parks Moms Panel! How exciting it is to be thinking about your trip, especially when traveling with family!
My dad, who celebrated his 80th birthday at the Walt Disney World Resort last year simply loves it and has a lot of fun keeping track of the changes over the years. At Magic Kingdom Park, his favorite rides are classics such as "it's a small world", Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress, Jungle Cruise, Liberty Square Riverboat, Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Hall of Presidents, and Haunted Mansion, which have been around since our first visit back in the 80s and offer
a low thrill level.
Another favorite is the World Showcase at Epcot, where he loves to tour around all countries and get to experience the culture and cuisine! He was a fan of Star Wars when the first movie came out decades ago so he enjoys watching the Star Wars shows and fireworks spectacular at Disney's Hollywood Studios. At Disney's Animal Kingdom, he loves Kilimanjaro Safari and Kali River Rapids. Pandora-The World of Avatar at night is stunning. She might want to try Na'vi River, a gentle boat ride through caves and glowing rainforest landscapes.
Something I would highly recommend, Mauro, is to plan for breaks. If staying at a Disney Resort, a nice lunch at a restaurant followed by a nap or stroll would be ideal. She will re-energize and will feel ready to return to the Parks for more fun in the late afternoon.
I hope these thoughts were helpful. Please come back with more questions!
