Hi Jessica,
Welcome to planDisney!
Well kudos to you for linking your theme park tickets in your MyDisney account! I cannot see your actual account, so I am going to try to help using my own personal experience. If these tips do not help you share those tickets, you can
contact a cast member in Website Support who should be able to view your MyDisney account.
First, let's make sure you are using the online version of My Disney Experience or the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. With the online version, you should be able to log into your account, click on My Disney Experience, click on My Plans, scroll down and to the left you should see a tab for Tickets, Passes, & Memory Maker. Click on that tab and look for your husband's and oldest son's tickets. Or, using the mobile app, look for the link that says My Tickets & Passes. I am hoping you can see the tickets there.
If you can see those tickets, using the mobile app, click on the three bars in the bottom right of the screen. Then scroll down until you see Account. Under account, you should see a link to Set Up
MagicMobile Entry. Click on that link to set up digital passes for them. Once those passes are setup, you should be able to click on Select Passes to Share and then share via Messages. Once you share the passes via Messages, your husband and son should be able to add them to their Apple Wallets.
If you cannot see the tickets, double-check to make sure they are linked. Using the mobile app, click on the three bars in the bottom right of the screen again, scroll down to Account, and then click on Link to Account. If that is the issue - that the tickets needed to be linked - you should be able to link them and then go through the steps of setting up digital passes through Disney MagicMobile. Of course, if none of these tips helps, contact a cast member in Website Support using the link above. They are wonderful and have always been able to help me manage linking and sharing issues with my account!
Jessica, your arrival date is quickly approaching! Let the countdown to the magic begin! Double-check to make sure you can see all of your plans, including
advanced dining reservations and
Enchanting Extras, in My Disney Experience. I do have one final tip - be sure to check the fireworks times for
Happily Ever After at Magic Kingdom and
Luminous The Symphony of Us at EPCOT. I am sprinkling an extra touch of planning pixie dust trusting that you will get those digital passes shared!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
