LeAnn, I first recommend checking to see if your
MagicBands aren’t already linked to your
My Disney Experience account. To do this, please head to the
Walt Disney World Resort website, and hover over the My Disney Experience logo on the top right corner. Then, you will want to tap on “My Magic Bands and Cards.” Once you’re at this page, you will want to scroll down, and upon seeing “Manage MagicBands or Cards,” select one of the Guest profiles whose MagicBand you are trying to link. Then, you will want to look for the MagicBand you’re trying to connect by matching the number located on the back of the MagicBand puck to the number under the “Active” Magicband section. If it is there, you have nothing to worry about as your MagicBand is already linked.
If the MagicBand isn’t there and still needs to be connected, you will want to scroll further down the page until you see “Link a MagicBand” and select “Link.” If you have followed the steps to link the MagicBand here, and it still doesn’t work, I recommend you call the Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357, and they will be happy to help look into the issue for you!
