    I have a magicband linked to my Walt Disney World account that I would like to use for my upcoming Disney cruise, but my cruise is booked under a different email. Can I still do this?

    Welcome to planDisney, a group of pals eager to set sail in search of answers to your Disney vacation questions. Thanks for stopping by with your question about using a MagicBand+ while cruising on Disney Cruise Line. 

    A Walt Disney World MagicBand+ can be used as a DisneyBand+ on select sailings on the entire fleet of Disney Cruise Line ships. Using a DisneyBand+ offers you handsfree convenience to board the ship on embarkation day and make purchases and access your stateroom once you are onboard. While you can use your MagicBand+ as a DisneyBand+ on Disney Cruise Line, the MagicBand+ must be linked to the same account and user. Once a MagicBand+ has been linked to your MyDisney account, it cannot be transferred. You can try reaching out to a Cast Member for assistance with your two Disney accounts. They may be able to combine the two accounts to make it possible to use your MagicBand+ on your Disney cruise.
