I have a Magic Your Way package reserved for Sept. 15-22. My wife's Grandmother has become terminally ill and we may need to reschedule our vacation. Is this possible or will we lose everything?

I'm so sorry to hear about the illness in your family, James.

The cancellation and rebooking policies may vary depending on how you booked your package and what type of package you have. However, in general, if you are outright canceling your reservation there may be substantial losses. However, if you are looking to simply rebook your vacation to another date, then you will likely have fewer financial ramifications.

Your best course of action is to call Disney reservations directly at 407-W-DISNEY. Explain your situation and they will be able to tell you what your options are. Good luck!
