When it comes to planning any vacation, things can change. Thankfully Disney offers guests a bit of flexibility to accommodate those changes. There are two ways I would suggest for changing your ticket date and upgrading to the
Park Hopper Option. The first, and probably the easiest and fastest, would be
contact Ticket Service and speak with a Cast Member who will be able to assist with changing the ticket date and type. The second option would be to make the changes via your Disney account on the
My Reservations and Tickets page or the
My Disney Experience app.
To change your selected dates from a desktop, log in to your
My Disney Experience account via the desktop website and select "Theme Park Reservations." Select "Make or Modify Theme Park Reservations," and then select "Modify Reservation." From the My Disney Experience App, tap the three lines at the bottom right of the screen then tap "Tickets and Passes." You'll be able to make the modification from this section of the app.
To add the Park Hopper Option, log into your My Disney Experience mobile app. Tap the three lines at the bottom right of the screen then tap "Tickets and Passes." Select the ticket you would like to upgrade, then tap “Change Ticket." Follow the prompts to add the Park Hopper Option to your ticket, and you’re all set!
