Boo to you, Trish!
I’m glad your travels with Jack and Sally through Halloweentown led you here to planDisney. I see you heard the
spooktacular news about the return of Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Walt Disney World Resort. I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait to trick-or-treat around Magic Kingdom Park in my fang-tastic costume again. There’s no bones about it, this is the BEST NEWS EVER!
Unfortunately, your
Magic Kingdom Park ticket will not gain you entry to
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. In order to attend the party that night, you would need to purchase a separate event ticket once they go on sale in May. Guests of
Disney Resorts Collection hotels, the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels, and Shades of Green are eligible to purchase their party tickets as early as May 12, 2022, while all other Guests will be eligible to purchase their tickets beginning May 18, 2022. If you know you want to attend Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party on October 13, 2022 for sure, I strongly suggest you purchase your party ticket right away as this popular event is likely to sell out on many of the October dates.
In my experience, the last performance of
Mickey's "Boo-to-You" Halloween Parade has the lowest crowds for viewing, so I recommend you schedule that in your evening plans. My favorite viewing area is in Frontierland next to
Splash Mountain. That’s where the parade begins its procession, and it's not nearly as crowded as Main Street, U.S.A. Plus, you can haunt your way over to
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad as soon as the end of the parade passes with virtually no wait to ride it.
There may be 999 happy questions here, Trish, but there's always room for one more. Please stop back by
planDisney for a spell if we can be of further service before your frightfully fun vacation. We'd be "bury" happy to help dig up another answer for you. Have a BOOtiful vacation!
Hurry back,
Alyssa
