Hey there, Debbie! Usually, I would say Mondays are not my favorite day of the week; Mondays at
Magic Kingdom Park, however, would have me counting the days for the week to begin.
Curioser and curiouser... I am not sure where you see a 12-person limit on the group size for
Lightning Lane passes. I confirmed with a Cast Member that you should be able to include up to 20 people in your group. Now, if you are trying to get a
Virtual Queue for
Tiana's Bayou Adventure at the Magic Kingdom next week, you can only have 12 in your Virtual Queue group.
If you are trying to purchase passes on the
My Disney Experience app and cannot select more than 12 Eligible Guests, I would call the
My Disney Experience team and ask a Cast Member for assistance.
If you have people in your travel group who are not showing up as Eligible Guests, I would first make sure you are all connected as
Family & Friends. Next, I would check everyone's tickets. To do this, go to "
My Plans" and scroll to "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets." Under the "Tickets and Memory Maker" tab, you should see all your family and friends' tickets. If they have passes that require reservations (not date-based tickets), I would also check their reservations. Once their tickets and reservations are confirmed, they should appear in your list of Eligible Guests when you purchase your passes. If problems persist after you know the tickets and reservations are all in order, I'd call and ask for help.
Debbie, I know this may not be a lot of help. If you have 20 or fewer people, I don't know what would be causing problems.
On the other hand, if you want to try to get a Virtual Queue, you will need a two-group and two-person strategy. I'll be wishing upon Evangeline (my favorite star) for you all to be going down the Bayou.
Please
follow up with me if you have any other information that may help me provide better guidanc
e. I'd be so happy to dig a little deeper into this conversation and help!
The evening star is shinin' bright. So make a wish and hold on tight!
