A very merry UNbirthday to you, Krystal, as you celebrate your daughter’s big day! Fortunately, I can tell you where to find all of your wish list items! One of my favorite breakfasts is at Hollywood & Dine, which is located inside Hollywood Studios. Here, you can find the
Disney Junior Play 'N Dine Breakfast, featuring Doc McStuffins, Sophia and more. Bring your autograph book as the characters will visit your table. You’re sure to see everyone personally, and those Mickey waffles are fantastic!
For a dinner with fireworks, you have a few options. If you are looking to watch Epcot’s IllumiNations, The Rose and Crown or Hacienda San Angel both have music piped into the restaurants for the 9pm fireworks show. If you want to watch the final showings of Magic Kingdom’s
Wishes Nighttime Spectacular (ends in May) in Magic Kingdom, there are a few restaurants on the Monorail line such as the Grand Floridian’s Narcoosee’s (the interior is tiered for viewing) and California Grill (the view is from the side of the fireworks instead of straight on) atop the Contemporary Resort which offer views of fireworks during dinner.
Since Magic Kingdom Fireworks can be later than a regular dinnertime, I recommend the
Fireworks Dessert Party, located on a terrace inside Magic Kingdom with unparalleled views of Cinderella Castle. Save room for sweets since the Fireworks Dessert party offers desserts and a sparkling cider. A benefit to this particular party is that you can watch the projections on Cinderella Castle that occur just before the fireworks take place. I hope you have a magical vacation! ~Lindsey
